He has conducted workshops in different sub-specialties including dermatology, gynecology, E.N.T., orthopedics, etc. He is the director of Project "Smile Train". He is in charge of the state of the Art Cosmetic Surgery & Burn Centre in Raipur. Organizing more than 500 free camps for public, he has justified his profession to true limits.
He is the pioneer plastic surgeon in Chhattisgarh who has been practicing head & neck surgery as a separate entity. He has been acknowledged nationwide for his services in the field of craniomaxillofacial surgery. His expertise broadly includes congenital defects like clefts & temporomandibular joint disorders, pan facial trauma, head & neck pathologies like tumor, cysts , vascular malformation.
